Any services bought on this website can be canceled until work and the detail of it has been agreed and a full refund will be provided. This will be done by email, phone or verbally.
You will get notified of when works start, what it involves and when it is finished after this only 75% will be refunded. This is usually in the form of a proposal where the work has been laid out.
Once work has been commenced, no refund will be provided. This is after we have received written confirmation from you, the client, that work can start according to the proposal.
